Luciole is a Montreal-based lighting manufacturer specializing in contemporary fixtures for commercial and institutional spaces. We partnered with them to create a comprehensive visual library showcasing their product families through rendered imagery and motion design.
Luciole Lighting
Luciole approached us needing rendered imagery of their fixture collections-clean, accurate representations for specifications and presentations. We started there, focusing on getting every detail right: the precision of machined aluminum, the warmth of natural materials like cork, the quality of light each fixture produces.
As the library of product renders grew, we saw an opportunity to push further. These fixtures are designed for real spaces-offices, institutions, commercial interiors. Why not show them that way? We began designing architectural contexts for each product family, creating spaces that felt authentic without competing for attention with the lighting itself.

The environments range from intimate to expansive, minimal to textured, always chosen to showcase what makes each fixture family special. Some emphasize the fixtures' linear elegance in long corridors.
Others explore how pendants interact with vertical space. The project culminated in a film that stitches these moments together, moving from close detail to spatial context, showing Luciole's lighting as both beautiful objects and essential architectural elements.
